XBLA Deal of the Week: Fifa 09 DLC

That time of the week, when the latest Xbox LIVE Arcade ‘Deal of the Week’ is announced, has already arrived, and Major Nelson has revealed the deal to concern downloadable content for Fifa 09.

If you’re an Xbox LIVE Gold member, you’re now able to buy and download the ‘Fifa 09 Ultimate Team’ in a variety of flavours, which allows you to play what seems to be a separate (mini-)game as your favourite team, also seemingly exclusive to the Xbox 360:

“Collect the most talented footballers in the world, shape them into your dream team and then prove yourself online against a legion of challengers in FIFA 09 Ultimate Team, a strategic new downloadable game designed exclusively for the award-winning FIFA 09 on Xbox 360.”

There’s a five-game demo on the service, just to make sure.

The Fifa 09 Ultimate Team game is now available for 400 MS Points (usually 800 MS Points). This offer is valid until Monday next week. Look below for a list of the teams available to purchase:
