Enter the tense, literary world of Alan Wake with new in-game footage

If you’re in any way, shape or form looking forward to next year’s survival horror action game, Alan Wake, then you probably owe it to yourself to watch the latest batch of in-game footage from the title, and get that Hype ‘O Meter revving sky high.

The following five segments of footage show protagonist Alan Wake in a few different situations, such as finding himself on the run from chasing police officers in a tense, atmospheric scene made all the more moody by the rich visuals and orchestrated music.

Alan Wake is rumoured to be releasing in May next year, according to a post on MCV UK, and a source close to the project, but the official word is simply ‘Spring’ of 2010.
