Have you checked out Just Add Water’s upcoming 2D retro-inspired shooter, Gravity Crash? Well rest assured, it’s worth your time, and you’ll be able to get up close and personal with it when it releases on both the US and European PlayStation Stores today!

Not only is Gravity Crash looking awesome as a game, but the title comes standard with a level editor, which judging by the video below featuring the CEO of Just Add Water, Stewart Gilray, it’s super easy to create your own levels and set up your own simple scripts to create missions of your very own.
If you’re still a little unsure, you’ll be able to download the trial of Gravity Crash and gain access to 4 levels of the 35 singleplayer planets and 12 multiplayer maps available in the full game, as well as limited ability to create your own levels from scratch.

For what looks to be a great game with lots of content and functionality, Gravity Crash is going for a song at $9.99, £6.29 or €7.99, which will net you:
- 35 Single player levels, including hidden and boss levels.
- 12 Multiplayer levels.
- 3 Multiplayer modes.
- Different player ships.
- Special weapons.
- Weapon power-ups.
- 20 devious Trophies.
- Leaderboards.
- Over 200 editor items.
Seems well worth it to me!

Check out the rest of the screenshots of Gravity Crash below, and also be sure to watch the video where the developer’s CEO explains and demonstrates how easy it is to create your own levels in the game. Enjoy!

Gravity Crash is available today on the PlayStation Store! Don’t miss it!

Developers BioWare have announced that the Return to Ostagar DLC for their popular RPG fantasy, Dragon Age: Origins, will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC this holiday season in both North America and Europe. The DLC will cost £3.99 on the PlayStation Store, 400 Microsoft Points on the Xbox 360 and 400 BioWare Points on the PC.
The new quest will see players returning to the battlefield in Ostagar where the Grey Wardens were nearly wiped out and discovering the political agenda of King Cailan as well as going behind enemy lines to “revisit a place that many feared had been lost to history.”

The DLC will allow players to “exact their revenge and embark on a quest for the mighty arms and armor of the once great King Cailan when they revisit Ostagar, the site of the Grey Wardens’ darkest hour, to reclaim the honor and learn the secrets of Ferelden’s fallen king.”
“We are very proud of the phenomenal launch of Dragon Age: Origins and we’re pleased to announce the next installment of downloadable content that will be available to fans of the game,” said Ray Muzyka, Group General Manager, RPG/MMO Group of EA, and Co-Founder, BioWare.
“The Return to Ostagar DLC pack is a prime example of BioWare’s commitment to give fans a game that continuously offers new experiences and further enriches a storyline that has already received critical acclaim and positive feedback from the players.”

All Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventure episodes will be available worldwide on Xbox Live Arcade next week Wednesday, the 4th of November. This will coincide with the 20th Anniversary of the release of Wallace & Gromit’s first animated short called A Grand Day Out. Each episode will be available for 800 Microsoft Points.
The four episodes (Fright of the Bumblebees, The Last Resort, Muzzled! And The Bogey Man) take the “unorthodox inventor and his canine companion through exciting interactive storylines – from a honey business plagued by giant bees, to a whodunit set at a beach resort in Wallace’s cellar, to a tale of triumph over an oily villain’s greedy deceit, and concluding with a hardly sub-par finale at the prestigious Prickly Thicket country club.”
Telltale Games will also begin to take orders on the 4th of November at www.telltalegames.com for the Collector’s DVD for Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Adventures. The DVD will include the four episodes, exclusive image galleries, a making of video and Aardman Animation’s Cracking Contraption shorts.
The developer, in partnership with the Wallace & Gromit Children’s Foundation in the UK, and Penny Arcade’s Child’s Play, will also be making a donation for every purchase of the full PC season made between the 4th and 8th of November.
Telltale Games promised more exciting Wallace & Gromit anniversary announcements on the 3rd of November so stay tuned!

2K Games has announced that the first downloadable content for Borderlands will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC ‘later this year.’ Entitled The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, the DLC will cost $9.99 or 800 Microsoft Points and is currently in development at Gearbox Software.

According to the press release, The Zombie Island of Dr Ned will be the first in a “series of downloadable expansions that will enhance the Borderlands mayhem.” Read below for a brief description of the story of the DLC:
“Tasked with keeping the workers of Jakobs Cove alive, Dr. Ned (who is not related to Dr. Zed from Fyrestone) does his job a little too well, creating zombies and other abominations that now run rampant in this region. Players will have to work alongside Dr. Ned as they embark on a quest to cure the inhabitants of Jakobs Cove in this full-fledged expansion filled with new enemies, new quests and rare loot drops.”
Borderlands will be available for the Xbox 360 and PS3 across North America on the 20th of October while the PC version will arrive on the 26th of October. The game will hit shelves across Europe on the 23rd of October for the Xbox 360 and PS3 with the PC version arriving a few days later on the 30th of October.
Head over to our hands-on preview of Borderlands for more information about the game. You could also listen to our Podcast with 2K’s Dave Halse or check out our previous coverage for trailers and screenshots from the game.
